Initiate Your Request
Log into your Argos account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch, original box, and warranty card inside a secure shipping carton to ensure the item remains in pristine condition during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the watch's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
